noisy air conditioning

The owners and staff went out of their way to provide excellent service, catering our needs and even preparing a special local dinner for our anniversary with complimentary wine, which truly made our stay memorable.

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, making it difficult to keep it on at night without disturbing sleep. It would have been helpful to have ceiling fans to circulate the air during warmer nights.

would love to stay here again

Our stay in the Deluxe Room was amazing! The air conditioning was super cold, and the room had a walk-in shower and private bathroom. Loved the flat-screen TV and the outdoor furniture for ocean views. Staff helped us with whale shark bookings. The spa facilities added a nice touch to our visit.

The sea view from my room was truly stunning.

Unfortunately, our stay had its challenges. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, making it hard to have a refreshing experience. Additionally, I encountered a cockroach during my stay, which was a bit alarming for me. The beach area wasn't ideal for swimming, as it was quite rocky, and I found it necessary to travel to Sumilon Island for enjoyable beach time.

the wi-fi in the room was poor. but the staff were super friendly and helped us book our whale shark trip really easily! ! the decor around the hotel gave a chill vibe. that infinity pool was the highlight of my stay!

The breakfast selection pleased me with fresh fruits and local dishes. The infinity pool had amazing views, perfect for relaxation after my whale shark adventure.
